The hotel has clean and large rooms, though the 'beach' area was disappointing. The check-in area is comfortable, except for bugs, and the refrigerator froze all the food. Some areas are open during construction.
I was amazed by the incredible rooms at this hotel, truly beyond the finest I have ever seen worldwide. While the view was just okay considering the number of guests, the interior was lovely with cozy beds and a super nice bathroom. The rooms, though not spacious, were quite nice.
The hotel boasts a stunning panoramic view but could be loud due to ongoing remodeling. It comfortably accommodated my family of 5, yet noise might be an issue for some.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms are spotless and ever so comfortable, just like they always are. However, facing the back of construction with crews hanging out, smoking, and arguing right outside our balcony was a downside. The service was spectacular with a constant smile and greeting, but there were a few hiccups with staff not being very knowledgeable about store openings. The location is perfect due to its proximity to Red Hook and the ferry for exploring other islands. On the downside, the beach area was mostly under construction with barely any guests. The dining experience was good with a chef making omelettes, but the wait time was long. Overall, a great stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers beautiful rooms but with some issues like bugs and a malfunctioning refrigerator. The service was friendly but lacking attention to details like fresh towels. The location is fantastic for water sports enthusiasts. The abundant dining options were satisfactory but not exceptional.
